Annie Nelson is a smooth forward who is likely to be several inches too short to be a significant player in the Big 10. She s a nice athlete with good hands and a nice shooting touch but she's not a good enough athlete to play small forward. She moves well and is a decent ballhandler but she doesn't have a game facing the basket. Nelson is a hard worker who will be the best player possible, but it doesn't seem like that will ever be good enough to earn significant minutes.
High School: Averaged 11.2 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks a game as a senior.
